- Apply your plumbing expertise to independently diagnose issues, complete repairs, and deliver quality installations.
- Your New Role Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations throughout assigned service areas.
- Install and connect household appliances, with frequent dishwasher installations as a primary responsibility.
- Complete plumbing connections and modifications necessary for appliance installations.
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water supply lines, and drainage components.
- Install and replace faucets, valves, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate, code-compliant solutions.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations to homeowners.
- Report primarily to the Rumford location, with occasional direct dispatch to customer appointments.
- Maintain tools and equipment while following applicable plumbing codes and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members while delivering quality workmanship.
