- In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us attract the kind of talent that drives our business forward: What You’ll do: Support the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and hiring In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the recruitment process, working closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract great talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience Search for great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and help us deliver a great candidate experience Prepare and publish job advertisements Explore new tools, technologies and AI solutions that can help us work smarter and improve the recruitment experience
