About this role
The acclaimed Seven North restaurant has been operating in Prague for one year, located on the ground floor of the Sir Hotel, an inaugural property in the historic city center near the picturesque Vltava River, part of the Sircle collection. The culinary journey of Seven North restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean, French, central European, and Italian cuisines, guided by Chef Eyal Shani's vision of pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared for communal enjoyment. We create an all-day dining experience featuring vibrant flavors from the southern Mediterranean, complemented by a dynamic open kitchen, a lively cocktail bar, and an atmosphere of spontaneous passion. Our goal is to provide memorable dining moments where guests can feel a sense of freedom and love through exceptional food and hospitality.
