About this role
ESTECO is looking for a Solutions Engineer who enjoys being hands-on with enterprise software and direct interaction with customers. The ideal candidate will manage the technical side of our US customer engagements including installation, upgrading and troubleshooting VOLTA. Lead technical discussions with customer IT teams, and ensure issues reach our engineering team clearly analyzed and well documented for resolution and support.

- Activities and Team The Professional Services team delivers and supports VOLTA for new and existing customers.
- Our group deploys, installs and upgrades the platform, including patches and version migrations, both on-premise and in the cloud.
- The team provides advanced troubleshooting on networking, authentication, licensing, connectivity and performance, as well as configuration integrations with our customers' enterprise systems.
- The distributed team works across the US, Italy and India, in close contact with ESTECO's product and development teams.
