What will you do?
- As a GenAI Ops Engineer, you are the first point of contact for colleagues using the GenAI platform.
- You investigate technical issues, resolve incidents within your scope and ensure users are kept informed throughout the process.
- Your work helps safeguard platform reliability, prevents recurring issues and supports the continued adoption of GenAI across DPG Media.
- You do this by: Managing the support queue, answering user questions and prioritising requests based on impact and urgency.
- Investigating technical issues by analysing logs, metrics, traces, API responses, configurations and Kubernetes workloads to distinguish between usage issues, operational problems and product bugs.
- Resolving usage and configuration issues, performing routine platform operations, applying approved fixes or workarounds and escalating urgent incidents when required.
- Escalating bugs and complex technical issues to the engineering team with clear evidence, reproduction steps where possible and an overview of your investigation, while keeping users informed and confirming the outcome.
- Analysing feature requests, discussing underlying needs with the product team, identifying recurring issues, improving dashboards, alerts and troubleshooting documentation, and proposing small automations that reduce support effort.
