Your Role
As a AI Automation Consultant, you help clients identify, design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using low-code technologies. You combine business understanding with hands-on implementation skills. You analyse processes, identify opportunities and translate them into AI agents and automations that create measurable impact. From discovery workshops and use-case definition to implementation, governance and adoption, you guide customers throughout the entire journey. You will work on projects involving Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and modern AI capabilities to automate business processes, build AI agents and improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
Design and build AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Lead workshops to identify automation opportunities and define business requirements. Translate business challenges into scalable low-code solutions. Implement, test and optimize business process automations. Collaborate with data, AI and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Support clients with the governance, adoption and responsible use of AI-powered solutions. Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape and share your knowledge within Datashift.
