- Are you someone who gets energy from making guests happy and helping a team shine?
- As Front Office Supervisor at Conscious Hotel The Tire Station, you’ll be the hands-on leader of our Front Office team.
- You’ll be right in the middle of the action while keeping an overview of daily operations and working closely with the Hotel Manager to make the department a little better every day.
- You’ll lead the team in a motivating way, coach colleagues on the job, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
- You’ll be the main point of contact for our guests, handling questions and feedback with ease while ensuring the atmosphere always feels warm and welcoming.
- Together with your colleagues, you’ll create a smooth and worry-free guest experience.
- You’ll keep shop inventory up to date, contribute ideas for improvements, and maintain a keen eye for hygiene and safety.
- And of course, you’ll be hands-on on the floor yourself, from checking guests in to making a cappuccino.
