Registered Manager – Operations & Growth Bluebird Care Worthing Full-time Salary: £ 38,000 - 41,000 We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of growing a care service. This is a senior role combining operational leadership, quality and compliance with real responsibility for business growth. You will lead a safe, high-quality and well-run home care service, while also working closely with the Director and wider leadership team to identify opportunities, build referral relationships and grow our customer base. We are looking for someone who has already done this successfully and can demonstrate the difference they personally made.

What you will be responsible for
- Leading the safe, compliant and effective delivery of our home care services.
- Maintaining strong CQC standards and driving continuous improvement.
- Leading, supporting and developing the office and care teams.
- Ensuring staffing capacity grows in line with the service.
- Building strong relationships with customers, families and professionals.
- Helping shape and deliver the local growth plan.
- Developing referral relationships with healthcare professionals, solicitors, charities, community organisations and other local partners.
- Identifying new opportunities across care at home and live-in care.
- Representing Bluebird Care at networking and community events.
- Tracking enquiries, conversions and the impact of growth activity.
About you
You will have strong experience within domiciliary care and a solid understanding of the responsibilities of a Registered Manager. Just as importantly, you will be able to show that you have personally contributed to business growth. We want to hear about the service you helped grow, what you did, which relationships or initiatives worked and what impact you achieved. You will be proactive, commercially aware, confident building relationships and able to balance growth with excellent care and strong compliance.
