Job Description
The Project Manager in Terminal Technical will be responsible for project management, providing project support, and delivering technical assistance to Circle K’s fuel terminals across Europe and the US. This role will manage a portfolio of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, ensuring effective execution, guidance, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, the Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, offering strategic input and contributing to business development initiatives. Moderate international travel is expected as part of this role.
Role Responsibility
- Manage technical projects at fuel terminals and related functions, ensuring successful execution and delivery
- Provide technical and operational support to fuel terminals
- Manage project portfolios, assisting leadership with prioritization, initiation, governance, and forecasting
- Oversee all stages of project execution, including:
- Driving projects through initiation, approval, engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up phases
- Managing financial aspects, from developing business cases to detailed cost tracking throughout the project
- Ensuring control over scope, budget, and schedule
- Handling procurement and contract management processes
- Coordinating cross-border HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) efforts and risk management
Education
Engineering Master’s degree or relevant work experience. Multidisciplinary understanding is a requirement, as our projects typically comprise of several disciplines such as mechanical, process, civil, electrical and automation.
