What Inside Sales contributes to Cardinal Health
Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers. The sales cycles will tend to be simple and short-term in nature and may or may not lead to a long-term customer relationship. Can sometimes be viewed as cold calling, telesales.
Job Summary
The Analyst, Inside Sales is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing pharmacy accounts to increase referral volume and market penetration for ADS Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) solutions. The role supports business growth through high-volume outbound calling, account development, reporting, customer engagement, and process improvement initiatives. The position applies working knowledge of sales, healthcare, and customer service concepts to achieve business objectives within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Make 50 outreach calls a day to our pharmacy partners discussing ADS partnership and process for Medicare Part B CGM and DTS
- Manage and grow customer accounts through ongoing engagement, follow-up, and account penetration activities
- Notate contents of call in Salesforce, marking progress as successful, failed, or follow up
- Track and report on leads from pharmacy stores outreach has been made to on a weekly basis (monthly reports)
- Build reports using Salesforce to identify areas of opportunity and growth
- Assist pharmacists with questions on processing scripts, patient order progress, Medicare part B guidelines, and ADS backend processes via fax, email, or phone call
- Participate in meetings, adapt to process improvements, provide feedback, and support special projects
- Meet monthly lead goals
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume outbound calling
- Experience with diabetes products, insurance, and/or DME environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Hands-on using Salesforce a plus

Anticipated hourly range: $19.40 per hour - $24.84 per hour
