- The Role This position will be part of the Mapletree Logistics Trust’s Treasury team, supporting a broad range of treasury activities including assisting treasury operations.
- Job Responsibilities Support day-to-day treasury operations, including loans, interest payments, FX and hedging transactions.
- Support banking administration, including internet banking platforms, bank account maintenance, and coordination with banks and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain treasury records and support reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, treasury reporting, preparation of presentation materials and audit requirements.
- Support AI, automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Undertake ad hoc treasury projects and assignments as required.
- Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognised University.
- Relevant working experience in corporate treasury or finance, preferably in the real estate or REIT industry.
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiar with SAP, Kyriba and Bloomberg is an added advantage.
- Meticulous and proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
