EY- Risk Consulting – Risk Analytics – Full Stack Manager As part of our Risk Analytics team, you will help clients identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate business and operational risks using data, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade full stack solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and drive innovation. The role requires strong consulting, people management, and solution architecture experience, with expertise in cloud-native applications, modern development frameworks, DevOps practices, and emerging AI technologies The opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack and Azure Architect with strong expertise in Angular, React, Microservices, and Agentic AI application development.
As a manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven applications leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services and modern .NET technologies. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, architectural innovation, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Your key responsibilities Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using C#/.NET Core, Angular/React and SQL Server.
- Lead the development of microservices-based solutions on Azure, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI applications leveraging AI/ML models and Azure AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security policies.
- Drive cloud adoption strategies and optimize Azure resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and full stack development.
- Skills and attributes for success Primary : Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Architect with strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core, Angular/React and SQL Server.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures using .NET technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and Azure AI services.
- CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions etc both for code and infrastructure Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience building Agentic AI applications or intelligent systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Conduct architecture reviews and design authority presentations.
- Define target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant systems with disaster recovery and resiliency considerations.
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and own end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Overall, 8-10 years of experience.
- Secondary : Demonstrated experience in the Risk domain, with a strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, regulatory requirements, and technology-enabled risk solutions.
- Experience with Python-based backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Understanding of security, auditability, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with high-availability and mission-critical enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge about various AI Agents/ Agentic workflow and multi-agent frameworks and SDKs.
- Understanding of various types of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Fundamental understanding of Retrieval Augment Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Experience with M365 Copilot Studio.
- Microsoft Azure AI-901/ AI-103 Certification.
