- Initiate and implement programs to continuously improve quality and cost while meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
- Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering in minimum one of the academic disciplines mechanics, electrics or electronics.
- 必须具有机械，电气或电子学至少一门学科的学士学位 Minimum 5 years professional level engineering management experience.
- 五年以上工程部门管理经验 Needs a good commercial understanding.
- 需要良好的商业理解 Strong understanding of products, technical processes, operations and logistics.
