About this role
- Objective of Job Maintain and provide the high level of technology in the manufacturing plant.
- To optimize the machine processes to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, reduce/eliminate quality defects, etc.
- Work with Production Engineering to execute process improvements for all carlines.
- Provide technical support for advance troubleshooting on complex manufacturing issues.
- Principal Activities Assists production and maintenance in isolating complex manufacturing issues whether it is in process, material, or machine functionality related.
- Maintain department KPI measurements for machine downtime.
- Provide continuous improvement and/or corrective actions for negative downtime trends.
- Responsible for ensuring non-defined stores items and parts required for emergency repairs are procured in a timely manner.
- Leads Root Cause Analysis activities to eliminate catastrophic breakdowns and reduce redundant failures.
- Coordinate with purchasing to support technical purchases and warranty opportunities.
- Assist project team in the installation and signoff of new processes and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by PDD6 management to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Travel is required.

Job Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $105,500.00
