We are recruiting for an Analyst in the team. Working as an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Resource Management for the assigned team.
- Publishing daily/weekly reports on Availability, Utilization, and varying business needs.
- Ensuring that resources are optimally utilised and yearly targets are met.
- Leaves and Trainings Management – scheduling and deployment of non-chargeable hours .
- Availability Management – Actively keeping resources utilized to cater ongoing/ ad-hoc booking requests
- Actively connecting with stakeholders to discuss business needs and getting them resolved.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.
- Additional certifications (if any)
Work experience
- One to two years in relevant industry.
