About this role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Tooling Design Specialist to design, validate, and approve forming tooling solutions that ensure manufacturability, product quality, and cost efficiency across Metalsa’s global operations. This role will work closely with Product and Process Engineering, suppliers, and shop floor teams to prevent tooling-related production issues, apply the Global Die Construction Standard (GDCS), and drive continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives.
