Objective
Provide customer support and service to a major global automotive client across multiple categories of non-production goods and services. Serve as the point of contact between the client and the procurement department. Proficiency in English is required, as this role supports multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Experience dealing with domestic and international suppliers.
- Ability to request and analyze price quotes.
- Skill in negotiating prices and purchasing terms.
- Basic knowledge of contracts or procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on costs and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
