As Concerto product owner, you will be part of the central Concerto business team consisting of 5-10 supply chain experts. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop a clear understanding of the business processes in your domain of expertise based on exchanges with users and managers in different clusters
- Align with the vision of the functional heads on target processes and organization
- Define a harmonized target process and system behavior, and identify the business value and gains that the project should bring
- Translate this into clear business specifications for the IT teams
- Connect with IT architects and analysts for a correct understanding of the business goals to guarantee delivery of an IT system that is in full accordance with this
- Define the business test plan to assure quality at every release, and assist in the execution of it
- After go-live, follow-up the business impact of the project, and assist the cluster team to reach the business objectives
