About this role
This role play a key role in coordinating land acquisition, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities.
- Lead and manage the land acquisition process for power projects.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.•
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.
- Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
- Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
- Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
