- This role focuses on troubleshooting user issues related to timesheets, expenses, projects, and approvals, while documenting common problems and escalating more complex system matters to the appropriate owners.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond promptly to Deltek Vantagepoint support tickets from employees across the organization.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide clear answers to user how-to questions.
- Assist employees with timesheet and expense-related issues to ensure accurate and timely entries.
- Investigate and resolve project access problems, charge code questions, and approval routing issues.
- Perform routine data maintenance within Deltek Vantagepoint and correct inaccurate or incomplete records.
- Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge-base documentation for common issues and processes.
- Identify and document recurring system problems and user challenges to improve overall system usage.
- Escalate advanced configuration, financial, integration, security, or technical issues to the appropriate system owner or specialized support resource.
- Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to support efficient and compliant use of Deltek Vantagepoint.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $59.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
