Loan Servicing Specialist III

A leading financial services organization within the agricultural lending industry is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist III to join its Loan Operations team. This position is being added due to increased workload and additional headcount needs. The Loan Servicing Specialist will support commercial loan servicing and administration, ensuring loan payments, interest, balances, documentation, and system information are processed accurately and within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process principal and interest payments, disbursements, rate settings, and other loan transactions.
- Review loan notices, interest rates, balances, principal, and payment information for accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies, research errors, and document necessary corrections.
- Set up and maintain borrowers, credit facilities, loans, letters of credit, and fees.
- Review and interpret credit agreements related to loan servicing.
- Complete reconciliations, control reports, and loan-level maintenance.
- Support shared mailbox management, document filing, and signature page coordination.
- Assist other areas of Loan Administration during high-volume periods.
- Work extensively within ACBS, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PDF documents.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of loan documentation experience OR a related degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field.
- High school diploma required.
- Commercial lending or financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Highly organized with effective multitasking and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with loan accounting, wire transfers, data entry, indexing, or similar financial operations is beneficial.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
