- Job Description - Parts Coordinator Key Tasks and Responsibilities:1.
- Coordinate between MSP and ERP systemsa.
- Manage MSP Service Board (ConnectWise)b.
- Manage Responsibilities for ordering and receiving parts within ERP (JDE)c.
- Perform Parts Changes when vendors swap partsd.
- Troubleshoot inventory errors, process errors2.
- Process warranty claims for HP, Lenovo, Dell, & Microsofta.
- Order parts per manufacturer Warranty terms, per customerb.
- Tailor and edit diagnostic descriptions from techniciansc.
- Coordinate troubleshooting with warranty representatives3.
- Process Billable claims for partsa.
- Coordinate quotes between technicians, company liaisons, and Sales Repsb.
- Correctly enter Sales Orders & POs into MSP & ERPc.
- Order Parts per vendor, per availability of parts4.
- Process Part Returns & DOA Claimsa.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians to obtain RMAs and Return Labelsb.
- Account for returns parts in ERP and MSP, generate Credits to be issued if necessaryc.
- Order replacement parts5.
- Report to various members in and out of the companya.
- Administrate open call reports for the Team & Supervisorb.
- Generate Warranty Labor Remittance reports for Accounting & Supervisorc.
- Identify sources of debit noticesd.
- Maintain customer tracking spreadsheetsKey Outcomes of the Position:1.
- Serve as primary parts ordering role for the company2.
- Serve the Supervisor for various report generation for the company3.
- Input data from the team, output orders into JDE, CW4.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
