Position: Warehouse WorkerLocation: 3200 4th Avenue East, Shakopee, MN 55379Duration: 4-Month ContractPay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourShift- 1ST Shift 7AM-3:30PM (Monday to Friday)2nd shift: Mon to Wed- 2:30pm-1:30 am. Thursday's 1:30pm-12:30 am. (4 10s)Responsibilities
- Print packing slips and accurately pull fixtures, graphics, and other materials according to customer orders and internal guidelines.
- Pack and stage fixtures, graphics, and materials so they arrive undamaged to the customer, following proper handling and packaging procedures.
- Communicate order status and requirements to the shipping department based on customer specifications and company guidelines.
- Utilize a forklift and cherry picker for safe and efficient order picking and material movement throughout the warehouse.
- Process inbound finished goods, customer orders, and customer returns, including performing quality control checks, updating inventory records, stocking materials, and assigning inventory locations.
- Use RF scanners and computer ERP/shipping software to record inventory transactions and track materials accurately.
- Communicate any discrepancies, issues, or inventory concerns to the Fulfillment lead in a timely and clear manner.
- Participate in materials management activities such as kit breakdown, cycle counting, and handling material obsolescence.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing orders for shipment and assisting with incoming deliveries as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
