Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st & 3rd Shift Rotating Quarterly - Pay up to $35/hr

Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. This position requires a balance of mechanical and electrical expertise. Shift: 1st - 6:00am - 6:00pm & 3rd 6:00pm - 6:00am - (Rotating every 3 months) Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment to minimize downtime, with a focus on 60% mechanical and 40% electrical tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance on automated conveyor systems, hydraulic presses, kilns, banders, tumblers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V and 3-phase electrical systems.
- Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic controls diagnostics.
- Complete weekly preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance documentation.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying equipment reliability improvements.
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment, including heights up to 30 feet when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.

Work EnvironmentOur industrial manufacturing facility supports the building materials industry, specializing in concrete and stone for hardscaping and landscaping purposes. The environment is very safe, clean, and organized, though you may notice the smell of wet concrete and some areas with dust and debris. The hydraulic press runs consistently and can be loud. Our plant features many automated lines to keep production moving efficiently, with 12-15 people per shift and 2-4 maintenance technicians.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rittman, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $728000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
