Estudiantes activos (un año o mas para egresar) de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información, Ciencias Computacionales o carreras afines.
Nivel de inglés: Intermedio.

Principales deberes y responsabilidades ACTIVIDADES A REALIZAR
- Brindar soporte regular a usuarios finales (profesionales).
- Resolver tickets de acuerdo con la prioridad establecida y en cumplimiento de los SLA.
- Brindar soporte y solución de problemas en equipos de usuario final (DELL: laptop, desktop y workstation; Ricoh: impresoras y multifuncionales, etc.).
- Realizar instalación y configuración de equipos de cómputo (PXE Boot).
- Apoyar en el despliegue de aplicaciones estándar de BRP (a través de SCCM).
- Brindar soporte a Microsoft Office Suite.
- Brindar soporte a Google Workspace Office Suite.
- Brindar soporte a hardware de Google Meet.
- Brindar soporte a conectividad inalámbrica.
- Configurar y brindar soporte a dispositivos móviles (Samsung y Apple).
