Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities.
- Lead and allocate manpower to ensure operational targets and customer requirements are met.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
- Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Report operational issues and support resolution of day-to-day challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Good understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Able to speak and write in both English and Malay.
- Willing to be based in Shah Alam.
