Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Prepare and generate order lists, pick lists, packing lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
- Support inbound and outbound operations through accurate documentation and system updates.
- Monitor inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain filing records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, KPIs, and safety requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of WMS, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate in English and Malay, both verbal and written.
- Willing to be based in Shah Alam.
