Pay Rate: £30,377.99 Grade: CA Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, shift between 0600 - 2200 Location: Harlow, CM20 2DW

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
• To engage with the font line transport teams on daily brief and de-brief
• To participate in regular 1-2-1's with their nominated Transport FLM's
• Ensure all delivery documentation and electronic POD's are completed accurately and in real time during a working shift
• Contact customers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
• Produce accurate daily and weekly KPI's ensuring they are distributed on time
• Dealing with call from drivers while liasing with the warehouse team
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have Admin experience
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK
• Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally
