Tasks
Set up, operate, and maintain water flow measurement experiments
Perform measurement series according to defined test plans
Configure and operate laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, power supplies, electronic loads, and data-acquisition systems
Prepare test objects and make basic modifications to electronic and mechanical test setups
Check measurement plausibility and identify obvious setup or data-quality problems
Organize, label, and store measurement data in a traceable manner
Perform basic data processing and create plots or summaries using Python
Document test configurations, procedures, observations, and results
Support the improvement and automation of recurring measurement procedures
Qualifications
Practical experience with measurement setups
Practical experience with electronic laboratory equipment
Basic understanding of analogue and digital signals
Ability to document work clearly and communicate unexpected observations
Reliable and practically oriented person who enjoys experimental work.
Experience with Python and Git
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
