About this role
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Commercial Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will focus on streamlining the post-order process to achieve key objectives such as reducing administrative burdens, minimizing the time between order placement and goods reception and resolving disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth post-order process by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and all involved parties.
- Oversee the accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
- Checking and validating documentation in the pre-order process.
- Monitor the delivery status of ordered goods.
- Analyze disputes related to transportation or delivered orders and propose effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in French (B2+) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
