Responsibilities
Test and validate electrical control systems both in the workshop and on-site. Commission machinery and provide customer support during installation and operation. Diagnose and resolve electrical, control system, and machine performance issues. Support customers with technical troubleshooting and fault-finding. Provide valuable feedback to engineering and design teams to drive continuous improvement. Create test equipment, simulators, and support tools where required. Assist with the development of technical documentation, manuals, and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.
