As a Transaction Services Analyst, you will maintain and process account and portfolio records across multiple countries for Citi's Treasury and Trade Services function. You will execute daily account maintenance activities, including status changes, account activations, and overdraft line reporting, ensuring accuracy across banking products such as Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, and Letters of Credit. This role sits within a team that supports operations beyond Colombia, giving you exposure to cross-border processes and global banking products.
Responsibilities
Execute account maintenance tasks, including activations, status changes, and field adjustments on client accounts and basic records. Open and amend Letters of Credit, process payments, and resolve customer issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
