We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive GP surgery team. The role will involve providing a range of general practice nursing services, including health checks, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, cervical screening and other clinical duties appropriate to your experience and training.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC registration.
- Immunisation and vaccination training.
- Cervical screening qualification/training.
- Wound care training or relevant experience.
Desirable
- Practice Nurse/General Practice Nursing qualification or relevant experience.
- Training in chronic disease management.
- Relevant clinical skills courses, such as wound care, diabetes, respiratory disease or hypertension management.
