About this role
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage manufacturing process and supplier quality to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
- Conduct process and supplier audits, quality evaluations, and reliability verification
- Analyze quality issues and manage corrective and preventive actions
- Lead supplier quality improvement activities and monitor supplier performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Individual contributor responsible for independently managing assigned quality activities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 3 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing and supplier quality management is preferred
- Experience with IATF requirements and supplier audits is preferred
- Basic English communication skills
