About this role
Introduction We are looking for an Order Processing Expert to join our European Order Processing team.
- Your primary mission will be to ensure excellence and fluidity in processing, tracking and managing the entire sales and purchase order cycle, ensuring maximum internal accuracy and efficiency.
- You will process sales and purchase orders from our product portfolio for all European subsidiaries, including Spain.
- Together with the team, you will help establish a new European way of working, share knowledge and experience between countries and contribute to the continuous development of our order management processes.
- Tasks Process and comprehensively track sales and purchase orders in the SAP management system for all European subsidiaries, including Spain Working in accordance with common European processes, standards and priorities Support continuous improvement of the standard order processing process Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the operation of order management in Europe Route incoming orders to the most appropriate processing equipment Working closely with the Order Processing Europe team Placeholder Job Ad Video (do not remove) Qualifications Academic training in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or related fields.
- 3-5 years experience in order management and tracking Solid handling SAP SD/MM and CRM Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Open-mindedness and comfort to work with peers from different countries and cultures Willingness to learn, share knowledge and adapt to a new way of working Great attention to detail and a structured and reliable way of working Possibility to travel once or twice a year High written and spoken English Contact and further information We welcome your application!
