Your role
- Shape our brand presence: You strategically develop the Sagemax brand, sharpen its positioning, and strengthen its recognition across all relevant channels.
- Turn creative ideas into action: You conceptualize, manage, and implement impactful marketing and communications initiatives that reach and inspire our target audiences and strengthen our market presence.
- Own our digital presence: Whether it’s our website, online shop, social media, or content marketing, you create digital experiences that inspire, engage, and delight our customers.
- You continuously develop our online shop and optimize the customer journey to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead with energy and passion: You lead and develop our marketing and communications team, foster creativity and collaboration, and actively contribute your own ideas from concept to execution.
Your profile Relevant qualifications
- You have a degree or vocational qualification in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Broad practical experience: You have several years of hands-on experience in marketing and communications, ideally complemented by experience in brand management and brand development.
- Strategy meets execution: You think conceptually, identify opportunities, and combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and a passion for turning ideas into action.
- Digital expertise: You are digitally savvy and understand how websites, online shops, social media, and content marketing work together.
- Leadership and innovation: You have initial leadership experience and enjoy developing a team while making effective use of new technologies and AI tools.
- Strong communication skills and personality: You have excellent German and English skills and stand out for your structured approach, initiative, and instinct for people, brands, and impactful communication.
