SPEC WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze warranty and field quality data to identify trends.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities and quality investigations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Validate effectiveness of containment and permanent corrective measures.
- Conduct manufacturing process reviews and quality audits.
- Support service and technical teams in understanding field concerns.
- Present investigation status and quality risks to leadership.
- Drive reductions in warranty costs and improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate field actions, service campaigns, and quality reporting activities.

THE ROLE Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
- Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.
- Preferred: 1 – 5 years job related experience preferred Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
- Travel Requirement Domestic / International travel may be required.
