Are you passionate about technical installations, building systems, and energy efficiency? Wellspect is currently seeking a Technical Manager ot Facility Manager as Technical Facility Manager The Real Estate Department is a shared function responsible for the operation and maintenance of two facilities comprising laboratories, cleanrooms, production areas, warehouses, offices, and a restaurant. These environments place high demands on operational reliability, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC projects Follow up and manage service agreements with operations and maintenance contractors Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements Procure and manage consultants and contractors Manage project budgets and schedules Coordinate internal and external technical resources Contribute to the development of the properties’ technical standards and long-term maintenance strategies Provide technical support to the Head of Real Estate Ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements Participate in audits Lead and contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and projects Your Profile Relevant technical education or equivalent experience Several years of relevant professional experience Experience managing property or industrial projects Experience coordinating and managing contractors Experience with technical building installations Strong understanding of, and experience with, HVAC systems Fluent in Swedish and English Experience working with cleanroom environments and medical device operations Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) / Building Automation Experience with energy optimization and energy efficiency projects #Wellspect
