You want to take overall responsibility for our facilities, facility-related systems and investments? For Wellspect we are seeking an experienced leader and strong technical understanding in Facility Management as Manager Facility As Facility Manager, you will play a key role in the organization and be responsible for ensuring a safe, reliable and future-proof property portfolio that supports production, research and development. You will lead the facility organization and be responsible for both the day-to-day management and the long-term development of the facilities.
Your Role
- Overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance and development of the company’s facilities Responsibility for facility budgets, investment plans and financial follow-up Ensuring high operational reliability of business-critical installations Managing, coaching and developing the facility organization Project owner in construction and installation projects.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulatory requirements and internal guidelines Collaborating with Production, Quality, Validation and EHS Participating in regulatory inspections and audits Your Profile Experience as a disciplinary and technical leader of a team University degree or master’s degree in engineering within a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience Several years of experience in facility management, engineering or project operations Experience with budget and investment responsibility Experience in procuring and managing consultants and contractors Good understanding of technical installations, particularly HVAC systems Fluent in Swedish and English Experience from cleanrooms or the medical technology industry Knowledge of GMP and building automation and digital facility management Experience in energy optimization and sustainability projects Experience managing projects in business-critical environments with ongoing operations We may request to view a criminal record extract provided by the candidate at the end of this recruitment process in Sweden to confirm the candidate's suitability for this role.
