About Global Delivery Services Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom. Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services. Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors.
The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
- The Opportunity As an Aera Techno-Functional Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of Decision Intelligence solutions, own stakeholder alignment, and guide cross-functional teams from business problem definition through deployment and value realization.
- The role requires strong solution leadership, data fluency, and hands-on understanding of Aera delivery.
- Your Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops to define business objectives, decision triggers, personas, KPIs, constraints, actions, and measurable outcomes.
- Own end-to-end solution design across data, recommendation logic, workflow, user experience, action enablement, security considerations, testing, deployment, and support.
- Guide teams in translating business needs into scalable Aera techno-functional designs and delivery plans.
- Review SQL, data mappings, business rules, solution configurations, test evidence, and release readiness for quality and traceability.
- Manage client stakeholders, scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level communication.
- Lead functional and technical teams, allocate work, coach team members, and ensure delivery governance.
- Drive user acceptance, adoption planning, operating model readiness, deployment, hypercare, and outcome tracking.
- Identify reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery standards to improve quality and productivity.
- Partner with sales and account teams on solution shaping, estimates, staffing, and proposal support where required.
- Skills and attributes for success Bachelor's degree in engineering, business analytics, supply chain, operations, finance, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
- MBA from Tier 1 institute will be preferred.
- More than 10 years of overall experience in consulting, enterprise technology, analytics, data solutions, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading techno-functional solution delivery and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong SQL and data analysis capability sufficient to review solution logic, validate data, and guide technical teams.
- Proven stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, solution governance, risk management, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to connect solution design to business value, adoption, actionability, and measurable outcomes.
- Ideally, you’ll also Prior Aera implementation and leadership experience is a strong plus.
- Experience designing Decision Intelligence solutions or equivalent recommendation and action-oriented enterprise solutions.
- Domain experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing, commercial, or finance transformations.
- Experience with cloud data ecosystems, integration patterns, analytics, AI/ML, or process orchestration.
