The opportunity
Our Regional Shared Service Center (RSS) is built to provide outstanding services to entire EY operations across the Europe Central region (33 countries), enabling them to deliver on their corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, help streamline regional and global functions and identify and capture growth opportunities for the future.
We are currently seeking to hire а Learning and Development Specialist, Administrator. As part of the Regional Shared Services (RSS) Learning team, you will support the Learning Leader, Learning Enablement Leader, Learning and Development Team and the RSS Team. You will also be assigned to support a few EY member practices. Your Key
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for online trainings in virtual learning environments, including presentations, recording sessions and assisting participants with technical requests.
- Administering trainings for Europe Central, including sending invitations and tracking responses.
- Preparing regular and ad hoc learning reports and statistics for the Europe Central region.
- Managing sites for the Europe Central L&D teams using site builder (no IT background needed).
- Working with Learning Management System: opening classes, initiating assignments, keeping track of learners’ progress including registrations and awarded hours.
- Performing other learning and development activities by request.
- Readiness for occasional travel if necessary
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Up to one year of professional experience in a similar field.
- Ability and desire to collaborate and work with learning stakeholders in the Europe Central Region.
- A bachelor's degree or a student in their last years of study.
- Communicative and proactive approach.
- Ideally, you will also have: Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm.
- Strong team player with an enthusiastic, can-do approach and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
