About this role
Your Contribution;
- Responsible of perform general accounting activities; provide financial support to GL MX team to ensure the quality and compliance of the financial information that will be reported to HQ and Controlling areas.
- Tracking and control of accrued medical insurances (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually).
- Control of amortization of advance payments.
- Monitoring the increase of accrual and consumptions of professional services.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Develop financial data generated from GL MX team and prepare FX reports to show financial results to Controlling.
- Prepare fixed asset lease Roll forwards.
- NIF D-5.
- Follow up fix asset lease controls, such as monitoring the leasing expense, preventive control of asset additions and retirements etc.
- Your Experience & Qualifications; Bilingual (English/Spanish) 80%.
- Actual use of Microsoft office package mainly Excel.
- Hands on experience with SAP is desirable.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
