- 1. Position Overview Experience Level : 6+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM
- 2. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM, including forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Configure and manage Project Operations modules for project management, resource scheduling, and billing.
- Set up and troubleshoot Dual Write for real-time synchronization between Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and CSS.
- Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for automation of business processes.
- Implement data integration batch jobs and ensure data integrity using SQL and Dataverse.
- Integrate CRM with external systems such as Power BI (PBI), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Power Apps.
- Manage DevOps pipelines for CI/CD in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- 3. Mandatory Skills and Real-Time Experience The candidate must have proven real-world (hands-on) experience in the following technologies.

- Dual Write Advanced Setup, mapping, troubleshooting between CRM and F&O.
- JavaScript Advanced Client-side scripting for forms, ribbons, and web resources.
- CSS Intermediate Styling custom forms and dashboards.
- Workflows Advanced Classic and modern workflows for process automation.
- Power Automate Flows Expert Cloud flows, desktop flows, and approvals.
- Plugins Expert Custom plugins, registration, debugging in C#.
- Business Rules Advanced Form-level logic, validations, and hiding/showing fields.
- Forms Expert Main, quick create, card forms; subgrids and personalization.
- Data Integration Batch Jobs Advanced Dual-write maps, data import/export, aggregation jobs.
- SQL Intermediate Queries, views, performance tuning for Dataverse data.
- Dataverse Expert Tables, relationships, security roles, SDK operations.
- DevOps Advanced Power Platform CLI, pipelines, solution packaging, ALM.
- Integration Modules Intermediate Real-time implementations with PBI, F&O, Power Apps (e.g., virtual tables, APIs).
- 4. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, MB-200/240 (preferred) or equivalent experience. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments. Excellent communication skills.
- 5. Preferred Skills Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
Knowledge of Azure services for integrations.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
