About our Line of Business – Cloud and Data Centre Solutions ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provide all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build and provide facility management service for mission critical environments such data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.
- Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior System Engineer to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and governance of IT system infrastructure.
- The role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating planned activities, overseeing change management processes and validating contractor performance.
- The successful candidate will support the customer by engaging the contractors, system owners, and management to enforce proper escalations and problem resolutions with the customer.
- Be Part of Our Success Daily handling of issues raised by Network Operation Centre (NOC) operator such as issues from NMS, call or email from the respective circuit user Weekly review of outstanding issues and plans to address root causes that summarized to monthly report and SLA validation for the contractor Track to ensure contractor planned activities deconflict with important operation Review Change requests involving network, server and firewall appliances.
- Tracking of password changes and regular stock take of inventory Develop and review various SOPs Updating and filing of records Perform validation on contractor's job Escalate to management on any operational impact occurred Facilitate Monthly Management Meeting Qualities We Value At least 6 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in network, server and firewall appliances and understands its basic commands and operations.
- Experience in operations and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure and IT systems.
