Requisition ID: 78857 Responsibilities Relying on your strong sense of reliability, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, you will:
- Perform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks
- Handle chemicals, microscope inspections, run precision equipment, and process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements
- Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities
- Reads, comprehends, and follows required safety policies
- Assist process engineers, depending on skill set, in performing experimental procedures
- Update documentation on procedures on an as-needed basis Required Experience and Skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- Clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience a plus
- Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak English
- Solid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbs
- Ability to complete tasks requiring careful handling while learning through on-the-job training
- Strong work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and teamwork
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and gloves Desired Experience and Skills
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a microscope (beneficial but not required)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $16.78 - $28.51 per hour.
- Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
