- Requisition ID: 78590 STC Equipment Technician The Equipment Technician is responsible for managing hardware inventory, maintaining accurate and controlled documentation, including preventive maintenance (PM) and conversion records, and supporting Final Test and Backend operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production flow.
Responsibilities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage handler equipment inventory, materials, and consumables.
- Perform stock control, cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Support Final Test operations and equipment readiness.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Production Control, Logistics, and Quality teams.
- Maintain inventory records, logs, and operational documentation.
- Generate inventory and tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
- Required Experience and Skills Experience in inventory management and material control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of stock accuracy, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Experience in Final Test or Backend operations is an added advantage.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Desired Experience and Skills Inventory & Material Control: Manage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and material availability.
- Document Control: Maintain inventory, equipment, PM, and conversion records with proper revision control, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Equipment Coordination: Track equipment movement, utilization, and support operational requirements.
- Communication & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams while supporting Lean, 5S, and process improvement initiatives.
