Local Candidates (Geraldton, ON) Flexible schedules based on operational requirements Comprehensive benefits package Ability to return home after each shift *Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from site Candidates Outside the Geraldton Area Company-provided transportation from Thunder Bay, ON Travel assistance available for eligible candidates from outlying areas Comprehensive benefits package Rotational schedule consisting of 14 days on / 14 days off Key Responsibilities Depending on the role, responsibilities may include: Food Services Preparing and cooking food according to standardized recipes Preparing sandwiches, salads, fruits, vegetables, and other food items Assisting with meal service and food presentation Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards Operating kitchen equipment safely Receiving, storing, and rotating inventory Housekeeping & Janitorial Cleaning guest rooms, common areas, washrooms, offices, and recreational spaces Changing linens and replenishing room supplies Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility Supporting health, safety, and sanitation initiatives Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment where housekeepers may clean up to 40+ rooms per day Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, food service, housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, commercial cleaning, healthcare, industrial, institutional, or remote camp environments is considered an asset Strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and customer service Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods Additional Information All candidates considered for employment will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check.
