Full-time permanent position based at our Moorabbin Airport site Generous employee benefits and recognition programs in place Opportunities for career advancement About the Role We are looking for a pre-weigh operator to join our team based in Moorabbin, reporting to the Internal Logistics Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. This position involves accurately weighing and measuring raw materials, maintaining proper storage, and documenting all pre-weigh activities. You will work closely with our Advanced Storeperson and management to coordinate material supply and production schedules, all while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to batch records and production order specifications.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
- Record and document all pre-weigh activities, including material usage and inventory levels.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pre-weigh area.
- Communicate effectively with advanced store person and management to coordinate material supply and production schedules.
- Follow all safety & GMP guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Record operational checks of materials handling equipment and ensuring that necessary maintenance is completed.
