- Financial Steering - Manage the financial planning and control of costs, investments, and headcount for assigned business departments.
- Budgeting & Forecasting - Prepare forecasts and budgets, and develop measures to support target achievement.
- Performance Monitoring - Monitor target gaps and track the development of financial opportunities.
- Management Consulting - Advise and support senior management on financial matters.
- Process Improvement - Continuously improve financial processes and support a wide range of projects.
- AI Innovation - Work with state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
What should you bring along?
- Academic Background - A university degree in finance, business, or a technical discipline.
- Professional Experience - Several years of experience in finance or a role requiring strong financial insight; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Systems Knowledge - Knowledge of financial systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- AI Affinity - An open mindset and prior knowledge of AI applications.
- Analytical Mindset - A precise, structured, and analytical working style with a data-driven approach.
- Business Partnership - The ability to act as a trusted adviser and partner to senior management on financial matters.
- Language Skills - Fluency in Hungarian and English; German is an advantage.
