Job Overview El analista Import/Export III realizar las operaciones de importación y exportación de 1 o más unidades de negocio con mayor volumen de operación, atención al cliente interno, brindar soluciones aduaneras y gestión de la operación. Mantener un óptimo cumplimiento aduanero en los procesos, proponer mejoras y elaborar instrucciones de trabajo de acuerdo con las necesidades del negocio.
Responsibilities
- Coordinación con el Cross Dock designado para poder realizar las importaciones diarias Coordinación con las diferentes agencias aduanales para los despachos (carreteros, aéreos y marítimos) Elaboración de factura proforma de importación y de exportación Cierre de pedimentos consolidados programación de materiales para importación Llenado de KPIs Reportes de SAP Reportes de Anexo 24 What your background should look like Licenciatura en comercio Internacional, aduanas, logística o afín.
- Idioma Inglés 90 % Experiencia en el área de aduanas preferente operativa de 3 años en adelante.
- Manejo de Ley aduanera y reglas de carácter general (nivel intermedio).
- Conocimiento de clasificación arancelaria (Nivel intermedio) Manejo de programas computacionales Windows (Nivel intermedio).
- Manejo de sistema SAP (Nivel intermedio).
